We provide referral drug testing services are provided for the general public in addition to providing programs for Court Ordered participants. Individuals, groups, businesses, and State agencies are provided for. These testing services include urine drug testing and hair follicle testing.

- Red Stamp – Costs are mandated per Oklahoma State Statue:
- If your license was suspended prior to November 11, 1985 the cost is $ 175.00
- If your license was suspended after November 11, 1985 the cost is $ 160.00
- We currently do not offer the Red Stamp Classes

What you will need to complete your Drug Testing
- Photo Identification Card (Drivers License)
- You will need information on who to release the test results to (Agency, Individual Person, email, fax number etc)
- You will be requested to fill out a Basic Consumer Sheet (Information about yourself)
- Provide a list of medications taken within the last ninety days
