Welcome to the Logan County Drug Court!
Logan County Drug Court was “Oklahoma’s First Drug Court”. The Drug Court Program began in 1995 and later was incorporated as a 501-c-3 Non Profit Corporation in September of 1999.
Dr. Ronald Thrasher and Noel Bagwell are two of the Original Board Members and remain active in the program and operations. All Board Members are involved in the program and provide guidance.
The Logan County Drug Court Program consists of a Drug Court Team including a Judge, Drug Court Program Coordinator, District Attorney Designee, Defense Attorney, Treatment Representative and Mental Health Representative.
Founded on principles of compassion and rehabilitation, we are dedicated to providing a supportive environment for individuals facing substance abuse challenges. Our mission is to guide participants through a structured program that promotes recovery, accountability, and lasting positive change. By partnering with community resources and employing evidence-based practices, we strive to empower participants to reclaim their lives and build a hopeful future. Together, we believe in the potential for every person to achieve recovery and thrive within our community.
Our Mission
The Mission of Logan County Drug Court, is to create an environment where persons can receive treatment for substance abuse with or without co-occurring disorders with individualized plans for themselves and for their family. Our mission is to treat aspects of addiction and address the way in which it affect their person, family and community.
Logan County Drug Court is a program that provides case management, out-patient counseling for persons challenged with substance abuse. The agency specializes in clients who are participants in Drug Court Programs or court supervised specialty court. Those programs are designed to be an alternative to incarceration or reintegration process.
Logan County Drug Court's target population is people with the disease of addiction including those that have co-occurring mental health conditions.
Logan County Drug Court Case Management Program is a coordinated effort for personalized strategies for clients to reduce personal risk factors; increase pro-social activities and fulfill their obligation to their treatment plans. The Case Management team is trained to provide crisis intervention, advocacy, referrals and linkage Case Management is provided for juvenile and adult clients.
Outpatient Services are provided to all persons regardless of race, age, religion, sexual orientation or other factors and include individual, group and family counseling designed to assess and address the individual needs of each client. In addition to our primary treatment modality, Living in Balance and the Matrix, other groups may be in Anger Resolution, Job Readiness, Drug Education, Relapse Prevention, twelve (12) step, REBT, Healthy Family and Peer groups.
